Your Key Responsibilities:
- Visiting retail outlets (Convenience, Grocery, HoReCa channels) in strict accordance with approved routes and company standards;
- Recording visit results, completing questionnaires, and auditing retail outlets through the internal system;
- Establishing close working relationships with retail owners and distributor representatives to deepen understanding of the retail environment and increase brand loyalty;
- Overseeing equipment installation in "hot zones" with the best traffic, its branding and maintaining cleanliness;
- Implementation of monthly marketing activities and monitoring of contract compliance by retail outlets;
- Monitoring product availability, tracking expiration dates at retail outlets and promptly informing the activation team of any deviations;
- Ensuring the timely and accurate collection of documentation (contracts, invoices) related to marketing activities on the territory.
Requirements:
- At least secondary vocational education, while completed higher education will be an advantage;
- Experience in sales or trade marketing for at least 1 year;
- Excellent knowledge of Russian and Uzbek, both spoken and written form;
- Knowledge of English at an Intermediate level or higher will be an advantage;
- A category "B" driver's license and a proven active driving experience of at least 2 years;
- High level of self-discipline, results-oriented, excellent communication skills, persuasiveness, and initiative;
- Proficient PC and mobile application skills, including basic knowledge of MS Excel and Word.

Responsibilities:
- Export-import contract support (E-Contract):
- Maintaining the full cycle of accounting and execution of export-import contracts for services in the E-Contract system;
- Timely reflection and posting of invoices, certificates of completion, and related documentation for the import/export of services;
- Regular data reconciliation between the E-Contract system and the SAP accounting system to ensure 100% accuracy of indicators;
- Monitoring the validity and execution of contracts, ensuring the completeness of document flow for each transaction, collecting, systematizing, and archiving original documents.
- Maintaining master data and operational support:
- Daily processing of incoming data requests;
- Interaction with vendors, their creation, updating cards and system support;
- Supporting purchase orders;
- Conducting cost data analysis in SAP / COUPA systems.
Requirements:
- Higher education in finance, economics, logistics or related fields;
- At least 1 year of experience in accounting, accounting and financial support, or foreign trade/logistics;
- Understanding of basic financial principles and accounting concepts (accounts receivable and payable);
- Practical experience with the E-Contract system will be an advantage;
- Fluency Russian and intermediate-to-advanced English;
- Understanding of the full document flow cycle for import-export transactions;

Chemical Analysis Lab Assistant

Chemical Analysis Lab Assistant
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Maintenance, calibration, and adjustment of measuring instruments in the chemical laboratory;
- Measuring chemical and physical parameters of cigarettes and analyzing data during experiments, and providing a timely report upon request;
- Conducting an internal audit of the quality of measurements to ensure that the parameters of the analyzed cigarettes comply with specification requirements;
- Constantly monitoring the condition of equipment and laboratory glassware;

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Organizing and monitoring compliance with road safety requirements, including compliance with legislation and the Company's internal regulations;
